A barn party and one-of-a-kind auction kick off fall fundraising for Faith Community Health at 7 p.m., Oct. 13 at the Sycamore Creek Family Ranch near Branson. The event also will feature the recognition of the 5,000th registered patient since the clinic opened in 2010.
Guests at the casual jeans and boots night will be treated to desserts and a chance to bid on unique donated items during the live auction. Auction items include two Branson family fun packages with values up to $425; a Chateau on the Lake Bed and Breakfast package; two-night stays at the Hilton at Branson Landing; dinner for eight at the home of Annie and Mac McGregor with Top of the Rock’s Chef Ed Bartell; five-course dinner at Springfield’s Touch Restaurant for four people; entry to Silver Dollar City for a party of 50; 2017 sunset cruise on a 75-foot houseboat on Table Rock Lake with family or business guests, $1000 golf package for two with Big Cedar Lodge Legends golf tournament director Kirk Elmquist and KRZK station manager Greg Slavik, including nine holes at Top of the Rock and 18 holes at Buffalo Ridge, along with 30 minutes of radio talk time, and more.

Faith Community Health has been named the 2016 Charity of the Year by the Branson/Lakes Area Chamber of Commerce. The non-profit, faith-based ministry provides healthcare to the uninsured and under-insured residents of Stone and Taney counties at affordable, income-based rates.
