The Bank of Missouri, Branson, has contributed $2,500 to support medical care for the patients of Faith Community Health (FCH) of Branson. The ongoing campaign, known as “$5,000 for 5,000 patients,” was initiated after the clinic registered its 5,000th patient.  The patient, Angie Norris of Hollister, was recognized during the FCH charity auction Oct. 13.

The faith-based clinic opened in 2010, according to Kenn Tilus, FCH executive director. “It’s gratifying to see the clinic grow in the number of patients who receive medical care here.  Many residents in Stone and Taney counties, either uninsured or underinsured, do not have resources for health care,” he said. “We couldn’t succeed without the financial support of our community.”

All donations made to FCH are matched by the Skaggs Legacy Foundation.
